Ambassador Richard Nelson Swett, Co-founder and CEO
• Ambassador Swett has thirty years experience in the architecture and energy fields. He most recently managed the DC office and international contracts of Leo A. Daly Architects.
• He worked as an alternative energy entrepreneur in the Northeast.
• He served as a member of the US House of Representatives from New Hampshire from 1991-1995. He then served as the US Ambassador to Denmark from 1998-2001. While serving as Ambassador, he reorganized the management and staff relationships within the Embassy to create a cross-disciplined, team based structure, resulting in smoother transfers of information and co-operation between departments. Subsequently, he consulted with the US State Department to expand this innovation department-wide.
• He was contributing author for a Nation Reconstructed, 1997, and authored Leadership by Design: Creating an Architecture of Trust, 2005.

• He served as a strategic consultant in 14 nations on economic and political development.
• His clients include energy companies in 12 countries since 1970, including Mobil, BP, Shell, Texaco and Chevron.

as a consultant to the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry, where she led the development of the Texas nanotechnology strategic plan;
as Director of Alliances at Zyvex Corporation, where she commercialized nanotechnology products introduced and sold into the marketplace in partnership with key government agencies and industry: and

• Mr. Kuglin is experienced in large transformation programs and start-ups. His focus is on the development of strategy and the linkage of strategy to performance-based implementations.
• He was a Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP prior to the acquisitions by Cap Gemini. Mr. Kuglin was on the Global Supply Chain Leadership team, specializing in global sourcing, materials management, and the mapping of supply chain operations to overall corporate strategy. His responsibilities included the start-up of global practices combining the use of technology-based strategic alliances with account relationships to accelerate the creation of measurable performance improvement solutions for clients. He was also responsible for Ernst & Young's investments into technology-based start-up companies in CPG, Retail and Supply Chain Management.
• Mr. Kuglin has global experience in over 24 countries and was an Ex-patriot for two years in Argentina.
• Mr. Kuglin has authored and/or co-authored four books and numerous articles.
