Ambassador Richard Nelson Swett, Co-founder and CEO
• Ambassador Swett has thirty years experience in the architecture and energy fields. He most recently managed the DC office and international contracts of Leo A. Daly Architects.
• He worked as an alternative energy entrepreneur in the Northeast.
• He served as a member of the US House of Representatives from New Hampshire from 1991-1995. He then served as the US Ambassador to Denmark from 1998-2001. While serving as Ambassador, he reorganized the management and staff relationships within the Embassy to create a cross-disciplined, team based structure, resulting in smoother transfers of information and co-operation between departments. Subsequently, he consulted with the US State Department to expand this innovation department-wide.
• He was contributing author for a Nation Reconstructed, 1997, and authored Leadership by Design: Creating an Architecture of Trust, 2005.

Michael Rowan, Co-founder and Executive Vice-President, Business Development
• Mr. Rowan is the creator of the enterprise solution model for deploying technology in developing worlds.
• He helped design and implement this model in Alaska which created 200 Alaska Native enterprises producing over $42 billion since 1976, lifting most Alaska Natives from poverty to middle class in one generation.
• He served as a strategic consultant in 14 nations on economic and political development.
• His clients include energy companies in 12 countries since 1970, including Mobil, BP, Shell, Texaco and Chevron.
• He authored Getting Over Chavez and Poverty, 2006, and The Threat Closer to Home, 2009.

 
     
 
 
 

Jody Flynn, Financial Advisor
Ms. Flynn brings extensive experience in marketing and government affairs to the team. She worked most recently on Green Tree Renewable Energy and as Public Relations Director and Governmental Liaison for the Red Shield project in Old Town, Maine, securing a $30 million DOE grant and qualifying the facility for a $36 million/year black liquor rebate, and ultimately finding a buyer for the project. Ms. Flynn has worked over the last 25 years serving on executive and advisory levels for congressional and regional campaigns. She has secured over $200 million in the last five years for numerous US companies.

 
     
 
 
 

Jacob Wasag, Executive Assistant
Mr. Wasag joined the Climate Prosperity Enterprise Solution team in Fall of 2010. A native of New Hampshire, he graduated in 2009 from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Jacob spent 2008 in Beijing, China, studying Mandarin as well as contemporary economics and politics. His past professional experience includes video production in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as a member of the Climate Action Team at the San Francisco Department of the Environment.
